General Terms of Use for the Cerba Internacional S.A. España website

Cerba Internacional S.A. España (hereinafter Cerba) with address in Pza. Ramon Llull 7-10 • 08203 Sabadell (Barcelona) (Spain) and tax identification number (CIF) A08559932 makes available on its website,, certain content with information about its business.

These general conditions apply solely to the use of the Cerba website by users accessing the same. FOUR. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW. These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any controversy or dispute concerning these general terms shall be settled in the framework of Spanish law in the Sabadell Courts. The USER expressly waives any other applicable jurisdiction.

In the event that any provision hereof is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and shall be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of these conditions. Cerba may choose not to exercise some of the rights and powers conferred by this document, which does not imply any waiver of the same unless expressly recognized by Cerba.
